The U.S. bishops’ president said that President Donald Trump threatening Iran’s “whole civilization will die tonight” without a deal was morally unjustifiable.
“After death, there is the resurrection,” Father Romanelli said. “Death is just a passage and that is why happiness and joy must be experienced on Easter.”
