Skier Rebecca Dussault competed for the U.S. in the 2006 Olympic Games. Today she uses that experience to help youth find success in sport and connect to God.

Among teammates, Curl-Salemme has had fun interactions over the topic of faith. “People just enjoy asking me questions and talking about the faith.”

The court heard oral arguments in two cases concerning state laws requiring student athletes to compete on sports teams that correspond to biological sex rather than gender identity.

West Virginia Attorney General JB McCuskey said, “It’s a great day, as female athletes in West Virginia will have their voices heard.”

Life for Dominique Dawes and her family today is “about our faith, because, at the end of the day, those are the things I can hold onto.”
